Couple Dances

I'm trying to do couple dances, and my question is this, should I upload the animations, from their place of origin? Or should I place the Animation_Skeleton so that it is in X and Y in zero value?

It depends from how you're working on them. If you're working with 2 avatars in the scene, make the animations as the avatars are interacting normally and export. You can use these in an object with sit target set for both avatars to the same location.
