Age Verification Problem

I completed the online age verification process and it accepted my information.  Then I relogged back into second life and the drop down bar that is supposed to be under the General tab in Preferences isn't there.  What am I doing wrong?  I even filled it out more than once and still to no avail.  Any help?

Hello Kraine. Difficult to say what is wrong. I will give you link to check out especially the paragraph "How does it work" :

For access in adult places you can also verify your account, having "Payment info on File". Of course Account Verified doesn't mean necessary Age Verified also. This way you will have access in most of adult regions, except of the estate owner has restricted there the access to users verified by Age verification.

Hi Kraine,

It can take a day or 2 to update sometimes. There is an exception if you joined SL before your 18th birthday and have since turned 18, but if that is not the case for you & your current rating is Moderate/Mature then it should be ok once it updates.

If it continues to be stuck on Moderate then submit a ticket on https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ or try adding payment info to your account.

Well I do have payment on file and I have already read the link you gave me many times. My guess is that the online age verification beta doesn't even work. How convenient.

Hmm you are already Account Verified according to your profile, what is your maturity rating in preferences, is it General or Moderate?
