Can anyone tell me what shape and skin it is? I searched the entire internet and can't find anything

Looks like Mudskin to me.

The shape could be anyone’s guess. Could possibly be a shape that came with the skin.

Its impossible to tell anything about the shape.  Could be a shape that came with the head, a shape that came with the body, a shape that this person got from any other random store, whos product is not even featured in this picture or its any of the above and the person modified it... or its her own, selfmade shape. Nobody knows. Also be aware that she might be wearing a mesh head.

Also be aware that pic has some serious post processing done to it. Even if you had all of the parts that avatar had, it still wouldn’t look like that in world.

The internet brought me here . Not sure it's the right one but yea lol. I'll keep looking!

The skin, to me, reminds me of:

Dunno if that's helpful at all, and yes, the picture you showed def. looks like they're wearing a mesh head but I couldn't begin to tell you which one.
