why i can`t change my account to premuim i already have bayment info ??

i had payment info for along time but when i want to change my account to premuim it told me i haven`t payment info and i changed 3 visa cards to have it and Finally it successed but i still can`t change my account i did ticket but none answer me Please i want to change my account asap Thank you

Your profile even says Payment Info Used, guess the upgrade system forgot how to read lol :D

As long as your ticket hasn`t been closed then it is still in the queue or being dealt with. so waiting is really all you can do unless you want to try emailing support@secondlife.com
