i have already belling info and have money and want change my account from basic to premium but i got this message please help me An error occurred while processing your request•The system encountered an error while processing your patment information, please try again.

i had payment info for along time but when i want to change my account to premuim it told me i haven`t payment info and i changed 3 visa cards to have it and Finally it successed but i still can`t change my account i did ticket but none answer me Please i want to change my account asap Thank you
