@Arya39Stark There is an online manual that gives the answers to most questions. Wear the Mama Allpa and click it. Then in the dialog click HELP. You can then go to their website.

Also, all RLV things can be reset by disabling RLV in Preferences or logging in with the Linden's SL Viewer.
