You can upload an inworld profile picture via https://my.secondlife.com/unaval6086 As far as I know, there's no way to get a profile pic on your Dashboard though. Go to my.secondlife.com After so many attempts that's when the pic finally showed up. It was way easier back then to put a profile pic up but this I don't know what to make of it.
