Wendy11 Kips Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 I have been trying to verify my email to get IM's when I am offline and it is not working, LL doesn't answer questions like that I looked in knowledge base, nothing, anyone has had this issue? Lindal Kidd Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 You are assumed to KNOW your own email address. LL won't tell you what email address you registered. But you can find out. Set your Preferences to send you IM's via email when you are offline. Log off. Send an IM to yourself using an alt. Then check all your email accounts and see which one has that message in it. Rhonda Huntress Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 (edited) I'm not sure what you are asking. If it is what I think you are asking ... Be sure to check your spam filters in email. It is possible the verification email is being moved to your junk folder. It is also possible you misspelled your email address. You can reset your email at any time. On the dashboard, click on the Account tab and then Change Email Settings. Re-enter your email and make sure it is correct.
