Is there such a thing as a Support Ticket?

The link to support is on every forum page  but if you search "missing inventory" on the forums, I think you will find lots of posts pointing the way to help for that issue

Yes, there is a support ticket system.  On your Dashboard page, click the Help menu (last item in the top row) and choose Support > Create a Support Case.

Well, that's how you do it.  But, don't bother doing it for your inventory problem, unless you happen to be a Premium member.  You will need to be Premium to get the level of support required for this issue.  It may end up there, but for now, check this link and work through the suggestions there:

If none of those suggestions help, it may be worthwhile to take a Premium membership for a month to get LL's help with the problem.
