Letting land go

I currently own a full sim, but will be unable to be in SL much very soon and want to let the land go. What do I need to do to stop paying for the sim?

Just stop paying for it (not really a good idea) - If you're an estate manager then hit the SL Wiki for the Estate Manager section. everything you need to know about it all is there. You could sell it or transfer it to someone else (used to be $50 cost, I don't know about now) - or you could "sink" it (shut it down and have LL remove it from the grid). OR you can continue paying the estate region fee.

Those are basically your only three choices.
