Houseboat

I now abandoned my home to switch to a houseboat   but can't find it  in the new region   there is just only the option for houses  but no houseboat. Can someone please help me ?

Unless the houseboats are all gone ---- and they could be -- you click on Bellisseria and then you get a choice of house or houseboat on the next screen. So see if that works. If not, they are likely all gone.

The current batch of Houseboats are all taken.  You can get another house or wait for the next batch of Houseboats, though we do not know when they will be ready.
