How can my family members rez items in my premium member  house?

Create a group.

Allow group members to rez objects on group-owned land.

Set (not necessarily deed) your land to the group.

Use World >> About Land >> Options to allow group members to rez on your land.

Invite your family members tio join the group.

I strongly advise you not to make another family member a co-owner of your group.  (Family members come and go, but owners are forever.  You can't get rid of them.)  If you must have a co-owner, use your own alt.  She can be trusted.

FYI you can NOT deed the land but you can set the land to the group so on top your name under it the name of the group but remember everyone in the group can rez
