SirJohnLuc
Hello, I have bought a parcel of 1024 on the sea. Is it possible to terraform it and build an island of sand? Can someone tell me the procedure to do it please ? Thank you for answers JohnLucky

Thank you for answers JohnLucky if it's mainland, most land (= under the sea in your case) has a terraform limit of +4 and - 4 .. so most likely the answer on your question is "no" but you can use a prim or mesh object to simulate a island, and build a nice place on it. If your land is estate land, and you rent in fact, ask your sim manager if it's possible ..and allowed... and if he helps or you have to do it yourself. 0 Lindal Kidd
Ethan's advice is good. You MIGHT be able to terraform so that the sea bed rises above the waves, but either the Mainland terraforming limits or the estate owner's rules might prevent that. In that case, there are several things that one can do with "water land" As Ethan suggests, use a prim, or prims, to create a "floating island". Build a skybox high above the parcel Use the parcel to moor a yacht or other type of floating home. One home on my own land sits on a prim "island" and has a hidden "basement" that's below water level. Build an undersea home. I have seen any number of imaginative builds...a sunken ship turned into a house, a mermaid grotto, an undersea dome. Once I even found an undersea AND underground home...someone had excavated a hole in the ocean floor, then covered it over with a prim matching the seabed texture.
