"The use of this PayPal account has been restricted." What's going on?

If you are outside of the US you will need a different payment method, at least until they release the SL cashier to everyone. You can make a free call to billing to find out which payment methods you have that are accepted.

I tried to call billing support. I was on hold acouple of minutes, and then a computer voice told me the call was ending and I was cut off. then I tried chat support, and the agent had no idea what was wrong and suggested that I contact PayPal.

 

Oh, well.

The same happens to me,i sent a ticket and so far no answer...and i use this paypal account for 1 year,removed cuz someone hacked my email,and also 1 of my avatars,after recover the email and avatar i wanted to add back and couldnt
