unable to do the age verification

I have tried a lot of times to make the age verification and I have not been ever able to, I don't know why. Is there any way to get the personal information I gave when I entered with my avatar? maybe I made some mistake in the data I gave. If not, is there any other way to do the age verification?. The personal information you gave when you signed up has nothing to do with the age verification process.  Age is verified by a third party known as Aristole which compares the data you input into it to publically available records and then returns either a positive or negative result depending on what it finds, or doesn't find

Account verification will also get you access to the Adult rated areas.  This can be achieved by posting account information such as a credit card into the system.  Note you do not actually have to spend any money, you just have to input valid billing information.
