No need for the picture of your body, since we have now figured that out.

 

The inworld camera ability that Syo mentioned - look at the row of icons along the left side of your viewer and the camera is near the bottom.  When you click it, it will take a picture of everything you see on your screen, minus any internal viewer windows.  Give it a try.  You can even move your view around and click the 'Refresh' button of the Snapshot and it will refresh the picture.  The lower left side of that window gives you various options for saving and/or sharing the picture.

When you are having issues wearing stuff, it can sometimes be useful for us to to see a picture of the Worn tab of the inventory window.  While the Camera / Snapshot does not typically include any of the internal viewer windows, you can get that included by clicking the 'Interface' box near the top of the Snapshot window.  The snapshot will automatically refresh and you can then "Save to Disk".  Then you add the picture to a post here by using the lower part of the post/reply box.

Most Slink shoes fit the female Altamura bodies very well, and as with everything in SL, try the demos first :)
