WINDLIGHT SETTINGS ON AN ENTIRE SIM?

Is there anyway to set an entire sim to the windlight setting you desire, without going parcel to parcel setting them on the land description which takes up that space and looks tacky on your listings?

Would be a great add on to the estate tools, yes?

It has been an idea since 2009 at least that it would be great to have windlight setting in estate tools. Have a look here.

Actually Torley Linden promised us estate level control over windlight back in June of 2007. Anyway STORM-1126 is a better issue to follow.
