SCRIPTER NEED FOR A NEW FARM SYSTEM

I need build a new farm system in second life and i need a scripter for this work.

there is two ways to gte a scripter:

a) pay them right

b) make them interested enough

Usually it's a mix of both that gets you a scripter... so what are you offering? Scripting a farm system is nothing challenging just tedious work... what would make your's different, what are you offering? (at least be prepared to answer that in IMs if you do not want to give away business ideas in public)

I offer the idea for a wonderful project and I look for a scripter that has its rightful gain but also the satisfaction of creating something exciting.
I also offer the possibility, if interested, to have a percentage on future earnings.

I would suggest being definite about the percentage.
