Password forgotten

Hi,

I created an Alt a few years ago, and I do not use her. I would actually like to check if she has anything of use in her inventory, and then delete her.

The problem is that I have forgotten her password... and the email attached to her I do not have anymore. So I am having issues accessing her.

Can anyone advise me how I can retrieve her password? Thanks for your time.

Yes, submit a support case and be prepared to provide some proof of identity if they should ask to verify that you are in fact the account owner.
