How do I submit a support case?

Hi, I created an Alt a few years ago, and I do not use her. I would actually like to check if she has anything of use in her inventory, and then delete her. The problem is that I have forgotten her password... and the email attached to her I do not have anymore. So I am having issues accessing her. Can anyone advise me how I can retrieve her password? I missed the deadline, to downgrade my Premium Account (27th October was the date of renewal)... So I am guessing a payment would have been taken from my bank account. If I downgrade now, does SL pay a refund of the balance?
