I can't Login to my account

I had turned the fire wall protection off and checked the date and time.But still the error appears."Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong. Please check https://secondlife--status,statuspage to see if there is a known problem with the service"

 

Please help me as soon as you can.

Yes I had.And I had deleted the viewer and installed it once again,but I can't login to my account.I have tried turning the unti virus off,too.But nothing changed.

rebooted the router/modem?  restart the pc.  Are you using a wireless connection?

Yes I'm using wireless connection and I had rebooted the modem too.But it doesn't work.

I suggest you try wired in.

It is always recommended to use a wired in connection

BTW  the missed connections forum is for looking for long lost friends not connecting to SL.    If you report your initial post and explain its in the wrong place, a mod will move it and you might get more responses
