EMPTY INVENTORY FOLDERS?

Hello so i logged on regularly on Firestorm, and I suddenly have ALOT of empty folders????????????????????

There are quite a few answers to you problem.  See the big list on this Firestorm page.  If clearing cache doesn't work, it could be a corrupted file (see the last entry).  Hopefully it is an easy fix for you.

Syl's given you a good response, and it's the usual cure for this problem.  But I have also found that, with Firestorm, it sometimes helps to just open a new inventory window.  Click the gear icon at the bottom of the window, and choose "Open New Inventory Window" from the options.  If the new window shows your missing folders, close the old one, and just go on your way.

Have you tried cleaning the inventory cache?

Preferences > Network & Files > Directories > Clear Inventory Cache

Also the quality of your connection can mess up how fast your inventory loads too, but if that continues after cleaning you might want to open a ticket.
