Video capturing without meaning to

Hey all. 

I recently purchased a new laptop Lenovo. Quite often a pop up states that I am running out of storage space. I look through my folders and lo and behold there are about 6 video captures of second life that run for over an hour each. I am not doing this and I am not sure how it is happening. I use firestorm and I read that you cannot video capture within this viewer. I have not downloaded any video capture software so I am not sure how this is happening. 

Does anyone know what could be causing this??

Could be the stupid Xbox app included in Windows which you can easily deactivate. Or the recording feature of your GPU's driver... if you have a dedicated graphics card in your laptop.

You might unintentionally hit the keyboard shortcut to start recording.

If using Windows 10, you need to go into the settings then the Gaming option and disable the built in Game DVR, you can shut off all those things in there if you never plan to use them.
