I have tried to purchase L$ twice in the last 24 hours and both times I receive a message that the transaction timed out and failled and my L$ balance remained the same, But I have noticed my US$ balance has gone up, can someone tell me why this is happening and if I can turn my US$ balance into linden dollers

The problem was resolved about 30 mins ago, if you now go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and buy Lindens it should use the credit on your account to pay for them and not charge your CC again.
