Need some advice if possible please.

We have a 30k prim full Sim and we are going to rent out some of the land in parcels as we need the Prims rather than the Land.

When we divide the parcels into 8192m parcels we want to give 2500 prims with each parcel thats rented. However when you look at the "About Land" tab it shows 3750 prims in the box.

Is there a way to limit or modify it to show 2500 instead of 3750?

adjust the bonus factor in the estate tool ..( Region/Estate - region tab)

As you lower the LI count, you'll bring nobody in trouble, what could happen if you made the amount higher.

Just know your limit will be set on all parcels... so non owner will not have the possibilitie to go over that limit.

So a typical way to do this (often to give MORE prims than less such is in 2x prim lands) would be to divide the land into chunks -- whatever works out to about 2500 NORMALLY at the no bonus - no lessening of the prims via the land tab.

Use the EMPTY land AROUND THE PARCELS as "buffer" and put some trees and landscaping in there to look pretty. That accomplishes what you want and also gives you a better chance of renting.
