I would love to find a mesh body that suitable for Asian women, any suggestion?

nearly any... its more the skin and shape that make the look.

Don't know about mesh body's (they tend to cost a lot of L$) but you can get regular body's/skins in the free skins boxes at any of the decent freebies sims. They're really just skins with some shapes, but the shapes - like all shapes - are totally modifiable. Try that option and - if you still want a mesh body when you have saved up the L$ - then you can get one. As to the free sims - Nikita Freebies, Freebie Galaxy, Freebie Mall Warehouse are probably the best now. Freebie Dungeon used to be good but now .... not so much.

Skin and shape make the look, not the body itself. All mesh bodies do have a general style (for example: Some Belleza body will be easier to make extremely curvy, than doing the same with the slink mesh body or the Maitreya). But generally all mesh bodies are...well, human-shaped and therefore useable to create what you are looking for by editing your shape to your desire. Focus on finding a good skin, experiment with your shape and try demos of different mesh bodies.
