hi alot of latest transactions have status : Undelivered ..  HELP !!!! why so hard to deliver items?

You can keep an eye on Grid Status Reports. Please be patient. Sometimes the delivery takes longer. Try to avoid busy mode while waiting.

Are you a Marketplace merchant?

I`ve not seen anything official at all, we do get lots of the Marketplace customers here though complaining they aren`t getting their items, so whatever is going on it is getting much worse lately. They stay queued for delivery for up to 8 hours so its not good for spur of the moment shopping.

You could try a ticket to see if you can get any decent answer out of LL.
