It's an 1/8th of a sim, corner parcel, anyone who can count past 7 should be able to figure it's not "isolated" nor was it described as such, it was described as what it is, 1/8th of a full sim, with 2500 prim allowance located on a sim corner.

What's so hard about that to understand?
