Hello i cant log in into SL , pls Help

hi everyone

i cant log in into SL

im playing it since 2007 i believe and i cant log in like a year ago or 2 maybe

it says for i call a phone number wich i alredy did and didnt understand it 

i didnt did anything wrong for be banned

what should i do pls help me

my SL account:   Ryanman Mayo

i just wish to play again , PLS

i cant log in in the websyte and the game

the message that comes is "Your account has been placed on hold.

Please contact customer support.,Call us at (866) 476-9763 or you can submit a Support Case"

Ouch ...You have been suspended, you should have received an email when that was done.

If the phone number is too expensive for you to call, you can try calling it using Skype which can be free or at least a lot cheaper.

Alternatively you can go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Do not login on any account & submit the ticket called "Reactivate an old account" using your email address.

Yes, once you have done everything that they ask, all you can do is wait. The time it takes varies depending on the reason that your account has been put on hold. If it is to check a money transaction, a month is fairly common, but there can be all sorts of reasons for it.

 

Keep checking your mail and for any updates on your ticket (which should also get mailed to you) you may get an email asking you to submit ID too, this is also perfectly normal.

Please just submit a support case or contact the phone number they gave you. (or if you are outside of the USA, Peewee has a list of freephone numbers, you can call one of those. An operator might be able to reactivate your account.) It does depend why the account was put on hold.
