i didnt do anything for be banned im a huge SL fan i just whana play again PLS

i cant log in in the websyte and the game the message that comes is "Your account has been placed on hold. Please contact customer support.,Call us at (866) 476-9763 or you can submit a Support Case" this is what it shows when i try log in

hi everyone i cant log in into SL im playing it since 2007 i believe and i cant log in like a year ago or 2 maybe it says for i call a phone number wich i alredy did and didnt understand it i didnt did anything wrong for be banned what should i do pls help me my SL account: Ryanman Mayo i just wish to play again , PLS
