Put a horse down and it disappeared. How do I get it back?

I do not have Amaretto horses, but I gather there is a place on their website for you to report such losses and get replacments.

Contact the creator of the horse you purchased it from. .They should have a support system in place. . Notecards and info should be in the folder for the horse or at their store.

I lost one the same way and they sent me a new one.Just follow their support instructions

Normally you can submit a ticket at the amaretto support website and they will help you. But that website is under construction at the moment so you may not be able to. I would ask for help in their inworld support group and a CSR may be able to help you.
