Bonnie Begonia
Does anyone run SL on a MSI laptop as I have a question on the graphics. SL runs fine on logging in but when I log out the screen goes all distorted and I have to reboot. I am wondering if its a setup issue as the graphics card (GEFORCE GTX 1060) is compatible . Chic Aeon
Lots of chatter here on 1060;s so a quick search of the forums will likely get you what you need. There apparently ARE issues. Not my card so I wasn't paying attention.
cykarushb
If you were playing fullscreen and exit the game back to desktop, it can cause resolution conflicts and stuff. Its a common issue with 10xx series Nvidia cards and a lot of games when using Windows. Usually just changing the screen resolution to something else and back to native again fixes but, its kind of inconvenient but better than a full restart. Try updating your geforce drivers if you havent in a while.
Whirly Fizzle
This is a known issue with MSI True Color & other software that sets a custom color profile like f.lux. Uninstalling MSI True Color wont totally fix the problem because it doesn't reset the color profile. What you need to do is: Uninstall MSI True Color then install f.lux from https://justgetflux.com/ , then run the custom uninstaller from the f'lux folder, NOT from Windows Programs & Features & allow it to set the color profile back to default.
