how can I change in the included premium membership land from moderat to adult.

you can not change it, maturirty ratings only can be changed on a private sim by the owner/renter ( and for the total sim only, not a per parcel setting)

You can however buy adult land at the mainland , and use your tier free 512 sqm for that. Your tier free level can't be used on private sims.

And be prepared to pay robber baron prices, since all the adult land is located on one continent, Zindra.

You may not need to. Being rated adult is only really important if you're running an adult business or club. If you just use your land as your home you can do most adult activities if the lot is set so that activities can't be seen from outside.

Access should also to be set to a white list, or an invite-only group, so a child doesn't wander in and see some adult activities going on.
