Breeder's Choice Quarter Horse V 2.1

Help! -laughing- I've purchased the BC Quarter Horse v 2.1 avatar, but when I go to Sandbox Island to unpack it, the only thing I have is a card, no boxes with the avatar clothes in it. I've tried googling some walk-throughs, but I can't seem to find anything to walk me through the steps. Any help or experience would be much appreciated. Thank you!

As with any purchased item, your first best bet is to contact the vendor.

It is not possible that you only bought a custom texture to change the horses appearance, and not the horse itself? It is a big market for personalizing and customizing horses. What does the vendor text say?

And if it say that it's the full avatar, then it's often sl glitches and the items in a box is not copied over. Try again in another sandbox? It has happened to me lately. I was logged in a few hours ago, and I experienced troubles. Maybe it is an unstable weekend.
