Skinners Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I wanted to make some poses in Poser 11, to upload later to SL. After I installed the SL avatars in to Poser.... I opened, OMG what an old figure was this. Has LL nothing else to work with?! The avi figures of Poser are way much modern, you can even move there fingers seperated. Anyone who knows more about this? Grtz, Pulp
Marianne Little Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 You should ask in the animation subforum, perhaps?
Klytyna Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Prior to the release of Bento, late lsst year, the basic skeletal rig for SL was similar to poser 2 , so no poseable fingers, now Bento has introduced additional bones, including fingers, wings, tails, and extra arms and legs. You need the new Bento rig downloads, I'm not sure if they are available for poser yet, they are certainly available for Blender. You can probably find links to the available downloads from the Bento page on the SL Wiki, and as suggested above, check the Bento threads in the Animation Forum here. Be advised - Bento-only bone animations, fingers wings etc., do not affect non bento mesh avatars, or 'classic' system avatars, which are still limited to those poser 2 style rigging. 1
Skinners Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 I found another way to get in Poser a female figure to work with.... I imported a female avi from Daz3D. Works great!
