Combat - Health bars

I have been getting into Gorean stuff. However, I'm having an issue not seeing players health bars when 30-40 meters while in mouse view. Only see health bars when near me.

 

I was wondering if there was something like this in the game?

That really depends on which game you are playing.  Second Life has many different games within it and all of them are made by other residents.  Your best bet is to ask whoever has created the HUD you use for your particular game.
