how to way to delete my account here?

Go to your dashboard. In the left column you will see Delete Account.

If you have a Basic account, it's just as easy as Pam says:  secondlife.com >>> Account >>> Delete Account.  You may want to think twice about that, though.  If you change your mind in a few months or more -- a surprising number of people do -- then it may cost you $9.95 to reinstate the account, and your inventory and account balance may not still be there.  It's a lot easier to just walk away.  That way everything will still be here when you come back later.

Remember that Premium accounts are all prepaid, so you will remain a Premium member until the end of the period that you have already paid for, even if you cancel the account today.  Linden Lab does not issue refunds.
