No.  You may be able to do some detective work to narrow it down, though, if you have never deleted the archived message files on your computer (if your computer is older than the group).  Open the AppData >> Roaming >> SecondLife folder on your hard drive and look for the subfolder with your name on it and then any subfolders within that that might have conversations about the group.  It's a lot of work, but you might get clues if you're lucky.
