Avatar/shape issue

my avatar hasn't been loading for a week now. what happened then was that my usual shape simply disappeared--i actually saw a horrid-looking basic avi in lieau of my shape. i logged out and logged in again--and i've been a cloud since then. now, when i look in my "worn item," there's no shape to be found. i tried wearing a different shape, but it simply never gets activated (it never gets marked as "worn") and hence there's still no shape listed in my "worn items."

i've tried the usual steps: completely reinstalled the software (Phoenix), meddled with debug settings, unchecked the draw distance thing, but no luck. the thing about the shape is just very odd.

any ideas?

Hi Mallory, I have sent you a LM and folder inworld, TP to the LM and right-click the folder and select Replace Outfit.

after a while i get kicked out by the viewer.

Have you been crashing a lot too?

Stay on that sim and clear your cache so you relog still on Smith

Did you change anything on your computer recently?
