so when is the restarts going to be done,Ican't get on sl and when i do i don't appear?

Rolling restarts were completed this morning.

[Resolved 9:30 AM PDT, 1 November 2016] Today's rolling maintenance is complete.

If you are having login problems, they are not related to region maintenance.  The culprit is most likely your Internet connection.  Reboot both your router and your modem and restart your computer.  Stayt off wifi, which is neither recommended nor supported by Linden Lab.  Use a direct cable or DSL Internet connection insead.

Rolig is right. You posted at 1PM and the rollout was complete 3+ hours earlier.

It does take the system some time to recover from the restart. But, the Lindens have done a lot of work to minimize the problems. So, most are invisibel even during the roll, provided you are not on a region as it is restarting. Within an hour the system should have completely recovered.

But, there are regions that hang or fail to correctly connect to some system services and have to be restarted a second time. So, use the Destination Guide to pick a place and try logging into different location.
