Linden Lab wont let me buy Lindens!

Hi, Can someone help me please I'm trying to buy Lindens but everytime i try it says:

 

We are unable to complete your request.

• Could not charge account.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.

I dont know why it's saying that and I've filled out my Billing Information and my status says: Active, I'm in the US also.

I went to account abnd update billing information...could that be my problem??? and i need to use Paypal??

I have  a Prepaid Visa Card. my status says Active..i dont get why i cant buy Lindens. Someone please post and help me out here.:smileyindifferent:

Prepaid cards are often not accepted but you should get lucky as you're in the US.  It's even worse for the rest of us.  You will need to contact Linden Labs billing department.  ... Peewee should be along shortly to paste their numbers here.

I get just the same problem. I bought lindens with my credit card since 2006 and now it says the same... Linden Lab dont give me a good answer..Please help me to have a solution.

I sent a "ticket" to Linden Lab and they answer me not sactisfatory..I cant use the phone number for spain they give me-... I dont live spain. But why it happens now...after so long time buying Lindens$ and paying my account with my Credit card?

Try using one of the other approved exchanges, they are working much better for residents not in the US http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace
