Yes indeed, but you have to ask for one.  The deal is that you get a waiver that covers the monthly land fees on the first 512 sq m of mainland property that you own.  You have two ways you might use that waiver.  One is to buy a parcel of land somewhere on the mainland and build your own house there.  The other choice is to rent a Linden Home from Linden Lab.  It comes on its own 512 sq m parcel of land, and the home is rent-free.  So, you choose which one of those ways you want to use your Pemium land fee waiver.
