i cant git on

i hade download second life and thin it froze  or crached and  it didnot com bick so i went and downloaded it agin and in a difrunt name and still wont come ondont now what to do now i hade 97L$ in the uther one but cant git iney thing to work

plese help i like this place and made frinds on it and that is good thanks

What are your computer specifications? Open SL to login screen > select Help > About Second Life > copy/paste computer details in a reply here.

Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

What message appeared onscreen when you crashed or did any message appear?

What happens when you try to log in? What message appears onscreen?
