some places use a age limit not for you, or your birthdate, but for your avatar.

And seeing you'r under a week old, that will be most likely the case.

Most of those area's will open for you as soon you enter 30 or 60 days.

Looking at your profile, I see you are just six says old in SL. Some sims use age detectors to filter out those less that 30 days old. Why?

Various reasons include keeping griefers from retuning using an alternate throw away account, made up after getting a boot, and coming bach to continue their charades.

My suggestion is make a list of places you wish to see and go back after your first 30 days has passed.

The prohibition has nothing to do with your RL age. Your SL age is key.
