MP Purchases: Purchase items, takes lindens, but no product delivery

Sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section.

This has happened twice now: I submit orders on marketplace, receive an error that it's unable to process the order, but still takes my lindens and no product delivery.

How do I get my lindens back or my product? Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone else have problems like this on MP? Thanks

Hello Joy Larkspur,

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your recent Marketplace Purchase.

Pamela is correct. Please create a Support Case and include the Marketplace Order Number.

Support will be able to investigate the issue and either ensure that the item is delivered or refund your account for the purchase attempt.
