Somebody please help me. Have I been banned?

When I log in, all I see is underwater. I can't move, tp anywhere else or do anything. I got a message about how I was, and I quote, "You have been automatically banned by the security system at Pixel Hills because of an insufficient profile, which this system identifies as a security risk. Please speak with one of the following Pixel Hills admins when available to resolve this issue:"

 

What does this mean?

U have been banned on a sim, but u are not banned from second life, just choose another sim as your start location 'smith', and u will be good to go .... PS. please remove the names from the Pixel Admins before u get nuked by LL...*meows*

Does it give your co-ordinates as 10,10,10 and no name on the parcel, just a dark blue screen?

if so you are not actually logged in. Not sure if anyone has found the fix for that bug yet, try a different viewer if thats what is going on.

no. my coordinates are 128, 128, 23 parcel name smith and it looks like im underwater with no land visible.

Has anyone suggested that you clear your cache before logging in? It might be as simple as that. Go to preferences and clear the cache, shut the viewer, then bring it up again and login.

That looks like a router failure -- happened to me once.  Be sure your computer firewall is working, then see if you can bypass your router and connect directly to the internet and SL -- if that gives good results, you need to buy a new router.  Some routers have problems with SL-I get good results from Linksys.  D-link and Netgear have been metioned in posts as having problems.

I've just TP'd into 'smith' via the map, and you do end up underwater at '128,128,3' - but you should be able to see the seabed underneath your feet.
