Sounds like you may be trying to log in to a sim that isn't there anymore. Usually your avi is automatically moved to a hub that's in line with the last sim you were in. First, is this happening on a TPV like Firestorm or on the default SL viewer? On your opening screen at the start at, type in Pooley and see if that takes care of the problem. Be sure you try this on the SL viewer. If you are still having a problem with the default viewer, you will have to do a support ticket.
