i download the latest version of sl the 4.7.7.48706 and i am a cloud and my voice isnt working

i downloaded the latest version of sl the 4.7.7.48706 and i have been a cloud since i dl the viewer this morning  also my friends list is blank none of the names appear and my voice button on my viewer is greyed out , i have tried to relog and that didnt work i was still a cloud , i tried to clear my cache that didnt work and i tried a character test and that did not work either i also did a  force appearance (rebake) and that didnt work i was still a cloud , i am very upset at all of this i cant even teleport anywhere and when i do try i crash

All your symptoms sound like caps fail (region problem) or DNS problems at your end.

Try logging in directly to a different region.  If you are only having this problem on one region then that region needs to be restarted.  There seems to have been more regions then usual come back online after todays roll with caps failure.
