Having a custom mesh AV made

Hello! I am wondering if anyone knows what it might cost for me to have someone create a custom mesh avatar. This is basically going to be having someone make me something 3D modeled, so I know it's not going to be cheap, and I'm willing to pay well if the work is well-done.

Basically, what I want is an AV that resembles my Lalafell from FFXIV. This is what she looks like: http://i.imgur.com/oOETeur.png

 I doubt anything close can be made using Second Life's in-game avatar sculptor, so a mesh is probably necessary. Anyone know where I could even begin to hunt down someone for a task like this? Thanks!

For custom mesh you are basically looking at hiring someone with a technical skill for a one month full time job.  Expect to pay around 3K - 5K USD, 2K - 3K GBP or 300K to 500K yen.

Have you looked at the mesh toddler avatars? I've seen some on the grid but don't know any details. If one works for the body, then you just need to sort clothes and hair.
