That's a head from The Mesh Project. Fair warning though, to wear the head you need to have the body.

This is not correct, the head will fit well to an old classic body if you acttivate the "retrofit" in the HUD.

You will however have to try on demo skins until you fin just the same as in the picture. The TMP mesh heads is sold totally white. The demo also have just the face oval, but that's how it is supposed to look.

If you buy a skin from the the Shops, you will have to buy eyebrows, beards and hairbases too. The pricing is insane for what you get - a totally bare skin. Not even eyebrows.
